Set-up is 7-9am. Set-up must be completed by 9 am.

I hereby, as the authorized representative of ___________________________, understand and agree that I. my heirs and assigns, will hold HARMLESS The Scottish Heritage Society of Sarasota Inc., the Sarasota County Fairgrounds, their agents, representatives, trustees, officers, and employees, from any injuries, including death, or damages to our goods, wares or merchandise that we may suffer while on the Event Field or in our or any Clan Tent during the Sarasota Highland Games and Heritage Festival. I will not file any claims against the Organizers of the Scottish Heritage Society of Sarasota, Inc. for damages and I (or my Insurance Company will pay my own medical bills.
